Nature is boon to humanity, or in better words, we can say that we born out of nature and go back to nature. We are part of it and nowhere else, we can attain peace better than in the lap of nature. While meditating, make sure you are sitting at a peaceful place under the shade of tree or if possible than in the vicinity of green mountains, at the river shore and in the nature kissed areas.
