Life is already a race today; in this fast pace world the most compromised thing is our health. There has been many blogs on how to be fit, how to be healthy, etc. But the most crucial combination is a healthy mind healthy body. Only in healthy body can reside a healthy mind and vice a versa, only a healthy mind can keep a body healthy.
There are some common tips, often neglected ones, let us look through them one by one:
- Timely Meals– Many people may have suggested you take food on time, avoid fried or junk meals. But the main reason behind it is, with junk or fried food, our organs DONOT get any nourishment, like car parts, they get rusted and slowly stop working. Thus, just for the sake of their nourishment, you should let your taste buds suffer a bit. You can make it a habit to eat healthy only and your taste buds will get used to it.
- Exercise– For a food item to remain in a good condition, we assure that the container is in better condition too. Thus, if the food of your brain, i.e. your intelligence has to grow, it should stay in a fit body. And that is not equal to gym body; it means opting for any physical activity, according to your schedule, interest and budget.
- Drink water– Toxins are like the corrupt politicians of a government, they destroy the system from within, and water is like a rarely found honest politician, it can only remove those toxins and run a healthy country/body.
Sleep Tight– Sleeping for a minimum of 8 hours, that too in the right parameters of time, you know what I mean? Dozing off anywhere, anytime or all time is also unhealthy. Mind that
