What is FRM? FRM stands for FINANCIAL RISK MANAGEMENT. The Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) examination is administered by the Global Association of Risk Professionals™ (GARP®), making it a globally recognized standard for the people who manages risk.
FRM EXAM The FRM® exams are held twice a year, in May and November. The exam is divided into two parts i.e. FRM I and FRM II. The exam consists of MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTION and is of pen and paper type. There is no negative marking in exam. Both the exams are conducted on same day. FRM I exam is conducted in morning and is of 4hrs containing 100 questions FRM II exam is conducted on same day in afternoon and is of 4hrs containing 80 questions. Pass rate (Approximate) | 40% to 45%

In India, Normally, salary ranges between INR 400,000 to INR 1,200,000 CTC. Globally, FRMs are getting a salary in the range of $30,000 to $145,500.
